Just sit or lie and relax yourself as much as possible. Reiki is extremely user friendly and there is no need to undress.
Take a few deep cleansing breaths, and drift off to wherever you desire.
A Reiki treatment is relaxing, warm and non invasive, so just enjoy!

The number of treatments that you have is up to you and will vary depending on personal preference.
Reiki is not a religion so it is equally beneficial to everyone, religious or not.
I am a Reiki Master / Practitioner, fully insured by Balens.
I am a member of the Reiki Association.
There will be gentle music playing to help you to relax.
I will ask if you would like me to touch you during the treatment or to keep my hands slightly above your body. The choice is yours, and makes no difference whatsoever to the Reiki energy, which is extremely helpful and will be drawn wherever it is needed.
My charge is £15 per treatment / session - (£7 for concessions)
